READY TO SHIP

All items are ready to ship, please allow 1-2 days dispatch time. You will receive an email once your item has been dispatched.

UK Customers:

£4.99 ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY- After 1-2 days processing time, items will take 2-4 business working days to be delivered to a UK address.

£7 DHL EXPRESS DELIVERY - After 1-2 days processing time, items will take 1-2 business working days to be delivered to a UK address.

For next day delivery, order before 12pm and CHOOSE DHL EXPRESS at checkout . Send an email to customer@waridibrand.com with the order number so we can process as soon as possible. 

International customers:

£15 DHL EXPRESS DELIVERY -After 1-2 days processing time, items will take 2-4 business working days to be delivered to a European address and to any address outside of Europe.

 Please note:

Pre order items and ready to ship items will be sent together.

Unfortunately we do not pay for import charges for international orders.

We DO NOT ship on weekends or on bank Holiday Mondays. 

FAQs

  • I filled in the wrong address. What do I do?

Please email us as soon as you notice this. If order has not been shipped, we will update it. Unfortunately, if order has been shipped, we cannot rectify this. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. 

  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do, please check our shipping details for more information.

  • I would like to change the shipping address of my order

Have you already placed your order? Please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible. We will then check if it’s still possible to change the delivery address.

  • I am expecting a package but it has not been delivered.

We’re sorry to hear that your package hasn’t been delivered yet, but don’t worry. Always check the tracking link you received via e-mail. It might be possible that the estimated delivery time has changed, or that you accidentally filled in the wrong address.

  • Is the delivery address correct and the estimated delivery time unchanged?

Then please check your mail to see if you received a note from the shipping company. The package may have been delivered to your neighbours’ or your delivery window may have been rescheduled.

In order to guarantee fast processing, orders are sent for processing immediately so they can be packed and shipped as soon as possible. When your order is paid and processed it, unfortunately, is no longer possible to make adjustments.
