RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGE OF SWIMWEAR PRODUCTS FOR HYGIENE REASONS.
To exchange the size of an item, please send it back within 14 days of receiving the items. We will send you a new size (if it is available) at no extra cost. Item must not be worn and the security tags still intact.
Be aware we DO NOT cover postage fees for returns so please visit your local post office for the best advice on how to post back the items with tracking ID. If you are interested in something different, exchanges can be done for different items.
If an exchange item is cheaper than the original purchase, we will refund the outstanding balance back into the original payment card if returned within 7days of receiving. After 7days, new items must add up to original amount. Alternatively, you can refund items following our returns policy and make a new purchase of new items. Please note after 14 days we will not accept any returns or exchanges.
If any other items do not fit as you expected and want to return it, do not worry we accept returns and exchanges. Please read our returns policy before and submit your request using the form in contact us page here.

Payments will be refunded back to the original payment card. Refunds will take 3-5 working days to process after we receive the items. Once refunds are processed, allow 5-10 working days for the amount to be credited back into your account. Please note this will vary from bank to bank. Contact your bank for more information on their refunds process. Any payment made on a gift card will refunded will be refunded back on a gift card.

Sizes are based on standard UK sizes 4-16
- Can you give more information about a product?
Yes. Please contact customer service include the product number and we will be happy to assist.
- The product I am looking for is out of stock. Will it be restocked?
Any updates about restocking will be shared on our social media, @waridibrand on Twitter and Instagram. Alternatively, you can request to be notified when a product is back in stock by email.
